Shipping Policy

Important: "Murano Month" operates on a Made-to-Order model.

1. Fulfillment vs. Shipping

Please distinguish between the time it takes to make your item and the time it takes to ship it.

Fulfillment Time: 2–5 business days. (We print and sew your item).
Shipping Time: 3–6 business days (Standard) or 1–3 days (Express).
Total Wait: Most US orders arrive within 7–12 business days.

2. International Orders & Customs

Customs Fees: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on your country of residence. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Murano Month does not accept responsibility for customs fees.

3. Packages Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Validation Process:

We submit your claim directly to our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier for investigation.
Subject to Approval: Replacement orders are subject to our partner validating the loss with the carrier.
Resolution: Once confirmed by the carrier/partner as lost, we will send a free replacement. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing (porch piracy).
