1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our drops and the made-to-order manufacturing process, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong sizes.
- Please review the Size Guide carefully before purchasing.
- Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production and cannot be cancelled.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our drops. However, as items are manufactured by a third-party partner, all claims are subject to their validation and policies.
The Process:
- Report Issue: Email support@exclusivedrops.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Submit Evidence: You must provide clear photos of the issue. We submit this evidence directly to our manufacturing partner via our integrated system.
- Validation & Resolution: If our partner validates the defect, we will send a free replacement immediately.
- Note: We cannot override our partner's decision if evidence is insufficient.
- You generally do not need to return the defective item.
